The COP and COOR/Iosoc Great Start Collaboratives are excited to announce their Great Start Early Childhood Scholarship programs! Beginning in August 2011, Great Start Collaboratives will offer scholarships to eligible 3 & 4 year old children within their county areas. Parents/guardians can apply for the scholarships beginning in August 2011.
